Are you preparing anything for the festival that's coming up? Talk about those things in here!
Every Thursday night the festival organisers will get together to discuss the progress.

Nah, not really - Isaac will probably try to sell some stuff, he's a weapon merchant after all - but besides that nothing.
He'll take a look at the festival though - First one he ever sees.
